Enforcement
The Enforcement Section of Securities investigates and brings enforcement actions against individuals or entities related to violations of Securities laws or regulations. The Enforcement Section also examines investor complaints about securities industry professionals and securities offerings.
Enforcement actions are typically initiated by issuing an Order. Respondents in contested cases have a right to a hearing on matters contained in the Order. For more information regarding hearing procedures, click here
