State departments' and agencies鈥� Form 1 requests to hire outside counsel
For attorneys hired after July 1, 2022, the following billable hourly rates will be applicable to the engagement of counsel on and after that date:
- Attorneys with 10 or more years of experience up to $180.00 per hour
- Attorneys with 6 鈥� 9 years of experience up to $150.00 per hour
- Attorneys with 3 鈥� 5 years of experience up to $120.00 per hour
- Attorneys with up to 3 years of experience up to $100.00 per hour
