One of the purposes of the South Carolina Veteran and Armed Forces Legal Out- Reach Program is to provide guidance or representation to veterans, members of the Armed Forces and the their spouses when their residence of record is South Carolina or their matter involves South Carolina in some way.
To help meet this need, we seek to match qualifying applicants with volunteer attorneys. Please use this form to inform the VALOR program coordinator of your desire to be represented by a volunteer attorney. Please note the program consists of free legal clinics held around the state, and a referral line to connect veterans and members of the military with lawyers who will provide free or heavily-discounted legal help for problems too complex to be handled at the clinics.

Completion and receipt of this form does not constitute an agreement to provide legal representation or counsel. Applicants will be evaluated based on their eligibility to receive legal assistance as well as the availability of a volunteer attorney to represent them.
